Unique Touch: As each Freshie is handmade, slight variations and imperfections may occur, adding to its individual charm. No two Freshies are exactly alike, making each one a one-of-a-kind creation.

While we do not offer refunds or returns on our custom orders, your happiness is most important. Please contact us with any concerns so we can make it right.

• Hanging: Freshies should be hung for maximum scent 
• Oils: Freshie are made with fragrance oils and can stain surfaces, so be careful. Avoid overhandling. 
• Heat and sunlight: Freshies may melt or become soft in direct sunlight or extreme heat. This can also accelerate the time they last. We suggest removing vent clips if you will be blasting your heat in the vehicle. 
• Children and pets: Keep Freshies away from children and pets, as they can be toxic if consumed
